• Dock construction and repair 
• Boat lift installation and maintenance 
• Deck and piling repair 

All services are subject to project evaluation, availability, and written agreement.

• All estimates are non-binding unless stated otherwise in writing. 
• A deposit may be required before work begins. 
• Final payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed. 
• Late payments may result in additional fees. 

• The client is responsible for obtaining any required permits unless explicitly agreed otherwise. 
• All work will comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations. 

• Timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, material delays, or unforeseen conditions. 
• Ricos Cousin Marine is not liable for delays beyond its control. 

The client agrees to:

• Provide access to the property 
• Ensure clear working conditions 
• Disclose any known structural or environmental issues 

• All used material for the construction include a limited warranty. 
• Warranty does not cover: 
  • Damage from storms, hurricanes, misuse, or third parties 

• Ricos Cousin Marine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. 
• Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service. 

• Cancellations must be made in writing. 
• Deposits may be non-refundable once materials are ordered or work has started. 
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed based on work completed. 

Users agree not to:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes 
• Copy or distribute content without permission 
• Attempt to disrupt website functionality 

All website content (text, images, branding) is owned by Ricos Cousin Marine and may not be used without permission.
